Zandra Rudolph-Heard, M.Ed, Ed.S, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults. She earned both her master’s degree and Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Auburn University Montgomery. With a compassionate and client-centered approach, Zandra works collaboratively with individuals to identify their strengths, overcome challenges, and achieve meaningful personal growth.
Zandra is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. She believes that every individual possesses unique strengths and resilience that can be leveraged throughout the healing process. Her goal is to meet clients where they are, helping them gain insight, develop effective coping strategies, and create lasting, positive change that enhances their overall well-being and quality of life.
She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, adjustment difficulties, grief and loss, chronic illness, parenting challenges, family conflict, behavioral concerns, school-related issues, and work-related stress.
Zandra utilizes an integrative therapeutic approach tailored to each client’s unique needs. Her clinical work incorporates Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Relaxation Techniques, and Supportive Therapy. Through a collaborative and strengths-based process, she helps clients build resilience, develop practical skills, and create more fulfilling and balanced lives.
