Avery Berry is a Licensed Professional Counselor, certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, and a National Certified Counselor. He holds a Bachelor’s of Human Environmental Science in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Alabama and is a graduate of Auburn University where he obtained a Master’s of Education degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Avery works with individuals and couples who have experienced major life changes, trauma, feelings of self-doubt and low self-worth, feelings of depression and anxiety, ADHD, panic disorder, as well as many other challenges that life can bring. Avery’s passion is to assist his Clients in achieving their optimal level of mental and emotional wellness through openness, empathy, and evidence-based psychotherapy methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. He counsels both adults, adolescents, and couples.
