Zandra Rudolph-Heard is an intern pursuing a graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Auburn University Montgomery. She collaborates with clients to identify and enlist their internal strengths and resources to approach life’s challenges. Her focus is to meet the clients where they are and ensure the healing process leads to an improved quality of life. She enjoys working with individuals to navigate life’s challenges, whether they are personal, with family, or with peers. Zandra strives to foster a safe space where clients can tell their stories, gain insight into how that has impacted them, and create a new reality that is more fulfilling. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, self-care days, mentoring, and traveling.
